Self-Care: The Unwind

So you’ve had a long week. Meetings, deadlines and everything else. The two days you have off seemed to be consumed by chores. Adulting is in full swing. But there’s one thing we should always make time for and that’s time to care for our self.

Personally, my self-care routine consists of a facial featuring a sheet mask or clay mask, quiet Netflix or YouTube session and some yoga stretches to release the tension in my back from sitting all week.
How do you unwind on the weekend?
